INSIDE THE FASHION INDUSTRY - My Special Fashion Coaching Program

Since my last blog post, INSIDE THE FASHION INDUSTRY - Working With Me, was such a success and I received so many questions about my coaching classes, here I am blogging about it and explaining everything you need to know about my Fashion Coaching Program and all the classes involved on this special program.

Ok, even though you can find this information on my website (right here: FASHION COACHING), I decided to write this blog to explain a little more about each one of the call topics, what is included with each topic (what are the freebies you get from signing up to the

Fashion Coaching Program) and how it is to work with me when you are part of my coaching clients.

When I first created my call sheet, my main goal was to cover all the content involved in product development. Why? Because there is no production management or launching a successful clothing line (for that matter!) without the very first step: product development! So making sure all my clients would have a strong understanding of all steps needed for a successful launch as well as a very strong (and solid with no room for error) budgeting will always be my top priority.

With that in mind, one of the first things that you need to know about my Fashion Coaching Program is that I designed each coaching call thinking about product development but focusing on YOU and YOUR needs as a fashion designer. I have been in this industry long enough to know that each designer is different, each client works differently and, as your coach, I am the one who needs to adapt to my clients' needs. Especially because my selection of clients goes from people who know what they are doing and only need help with certain things, all the way to clients who have no idea what they are doing from the very beginning. So I try to be as flexible as possible and I adapt my coaching classes to make sure my clients will get the results they are looking for as well as take the most advantage of their time with me.

So, if you are looking at my call sheet, reading through each topic covered in the Fashion Coaching Program along with what comes with each call, this is what you will find:

Even though all these calls are very specific, like I said, I adapt to my client's needs! So you can choose which topics are your main priority, what you would like to cover first, what classes can we mix together to save some time and talk about other questions or concerns you may have, or how can I adapt all of my calls to better understand and fit your needs.

Being flexible with my clients is one of my main priorities because I understand that not everyone comes to the fashion industry with the same knowledge and background. If you have read any of my blog posts you would know that I am more than 100% in favor of focusing on doing what you know best, that is why I started my business and created this very diverse (and adaptable) coaching program. So you can focus on doing what you know best while I make sure you will learn and understand the process of launching a successful fashion business.
